A single-story rear extension to an attractive property in Chorleywood within a conservation area. The client’s brief was to completely transform the kitchen space of the house to incorporate a large family dining area. Our design was focused on flooding light into the house and better connecting the interior spaces to the outdoors. The finished result has created a contemporary living space at the heart of the home, with Crittall-style windows which beautifully frame the rear garden.
