Stage 4 is all about ensuring your project is built safely, correctly, and to the standard intended, and guiding you through any challenges that arise during construction.
Pay As You Go Support
If you are not using our Stage 3 service, we offer a flexible, pay-as-you-go service to help with:
- On-site issues or problems
- Advice on alterations to the plans
- Guidance on what to do next if you’re unsure
- General support if you feel stuck
This service is charged on an hourly basis, giving you help when you need it without committing to a full contract administration package.
Principal Designer Role
We can also take on the Principal Designer role, coordinating with your contractor and design team to ensure:
- Everything is being built safely on site
- All health and safety regulations are followed
- Procedures and site practices are correct
This role ensures your project is compliant, safe, and well-managed.
Full Support to Completion
We are happy to support your project all the way to completion. While our preference is for clients to use our Stage 3 service, we understand budgets can be tight.
Where possible, we provide guidance and support to help your project stay on track, on budget, and built safely, whether through hourly advice or ongoing oversight.
