DESIGN
At ESA we take the time to listen and truly understand our clients’ requirements. In doing so, we create considered, functional designs that not only work for their individual needs, but are sympathetic to both their budgets and their location.
PLANNING
With ES Architecture acting as ‘agent’ during the planning process we can ensure that you are guided step by step, responding to requests from the local planning department and resolving promptly and professionally. From initial consultation through to submission, we can advise on the best type of application for your project.
BUILDING CONTROL
We work with our clients to provide their bespoke technical specifications for every aspect of the building, from lighting to flooring, and advising on new technologies to ensure an effective and efficient building. Once planning permission has been granted, we will begin the technical specification for your project and prepare the relevant documentation for submission to building control.
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
ESA offers contract administration and site visit services to ensure that your building is constructed to current standards and the agreed design. We aim to scale our involvement to meet the requirements of the specific project.
Our Mission
ES Architecture is a Watford based RIBA Chartered architectural design practice offering an extensive range of bespoke architectural services. ES Architecture’s philosophy is to design buildings which meet our client’s needs and keep this at the forefront of the design process.
Operating since 2014, ES Architecture has grown as an established and well recognised and successful architecture practice. We are full of energy, passion, and are forward-thinking, having managed large-scale projects to completion across Watford, Three Rivers, Hillingdon, St Albans, Harrow and further afield.
The practice is led by Edward Seaman and offers a range of design services to suit the needs of the client. We offer design services for a range of projects, including residential extensions and refurbishments to commercial projects and contemporary new build houses. We believe in creating buildings which use exceptional design principles to best utilise the available space, light and surroundings. We are established on the principal that building spaces should be enjoyed, and that we should feel connected and uplifted by our surroundings.
We are able to provide a personalised consultation for each of our clients which can help determine the extent of the work required before providing a fixed quote. Our approach uses design principles which focus on the clients budget and the consultation allows you to meet with our Architect to discuss your requirements.
